Boss Prequests

On BeyondMS, regular quests are identical to v83. Only the boss prequests and BeyondMS's own endgame content differ. These pages cover each prequest step by step, with a checklist, the items to gather, costs and skips, and the screenshots from the community guides on Discord.

Progression in short: early party quests like LMPQ (your daily Perfect Pitch) and APQ are first. Next come the Papulatus and Pianus certificates and the Zakum prequest. All three certificates are needed for Horntail. Neo City and CWK slot in around levels 90–120, then Pink Bean. BeyondMS's own endgame runs Lionheart Castle → Von Leon (RB5) → Empress (RB12) → Shao (RB14), with Lotus after the Haven story. Toad (RB5, after 10 Pink Bean kills) unlocks Von Leon. The weekly bosses Showa, Scarga and Krexel fit in around level 100+.

  • on BeyondMS, do you need to clear Horntail once before Moira offers the Badge quest? The Discord guide says "you may need to".

Lionheart Castle (LHC) (1)
  • Exact name and map ID of Wolf Territory II and the VIP Taxi destination on BeyondMS. These maps aren't in the v83 data, so there are no route links here.
Von Leon (1)
  • Von Leon's level minimum and expedition size.
Cygnus Empress (2)
  • exact map names/IDs for Hallowed Ground and the Blaze/Wind/Night monsters
  • Where the Empress expedition NPC stands, and whether one Dream Key is used per run.
