To host or join CWKPQ you need the Crimsonwood Keystone, plus Crimson Hearts. The keystone comes from just three quests: The Brewing Storm, Stemming the Tide and Storming the Castle. Everything else in the long Masteria storyline is optional for the PQ.

Requirements

Level: 70+ for the three keystone quests (v83). Needs in-game check: BeyondMS level/rebirth minimum and party size for CWKPQ itself (Cosmic default: level 90+, 6–30 players)
Quests: The Brewing Storm (Lukan) and Stemming the Tide (Jack), then Storming the Castle (Lukan).
Items: Crimsonwood Keystone and Crimson Heart.
Weekly runs: 10 per week. Type @weekly in-game to see how many you have left.
v83 quests involved: The Brewing Storm, Stemming the Tide, Storming the Castle, Finding Jack (regular quests are unchanged from v83, so each one has its own full guide)

Reach Jack and save the map
Make your way to Jack in Cavern of Pain first, and save this map with a teleport rock. You'll come back twice. While you're out here, collect 10 × Stormbreaker Badge from Stormbreaker for Lukan's quest.

Find Lukan: The Brewing Storm
Find Lukan (the v83 data places him in Phantom Road) and accept and finish The Brewing Storm with your 10 badges. If you can't find him, the Discord post links a video, "Crimson Wood Keep: How to find NPC Lukan". Needs in-game check: where Lukan stands on BeyondMS, which map and which spot
From Haunted House → Bent Tree → Crossroads → Twisted Paths → Phantom Road
Back to Jack: Stemming the Tide
Teleport back to Jack and accept Stemming the Tide. It has to be in progress before Lukan will give you the next quest. (The Discord post calls this step "Storming the Castle", but in the game data Jack's quest is Stemming the Tide.)

Storming the Castle: 75 × 3 kills
Accept Storming the Castle from Lukan and kill 75 Windraider, 75 Firebrand and 75 Nightshadow. You'll find them all around the Crimsonwood Keep maps. Hand it in to Lukan for the Crimsonwood Keystone.

Show the keystone to Jack
Bring the keystone to Jack to finish Stemming the Tide. According to the Discord guide he gives you the setup version of the Crimsonwood Keystone. Keep it: you need it every time you open the gate. Needs in-game check: does Jack swap the Etc keystone for a separate setup item on BeyondMS? In the v83 data the keystone is already a setup item and Jack only checks it.
Collect Crimson Hearts
Farm Crimson Heart from Crimson Guardian, two maps outside the CWKPQ lobby.

Crimson Heart tooltip: "A dark red crystal that pulses with unknown energy, used to power the Crimson Guardians."
Enter CWKPQ
In Hall of Mastery, click the Gate while holding the keystone to get to Hall to Inner Sanctum. There, the leader talks to Jack to form the expedition.

No meso skip for the keystone quests is mentioned on Discord.

Tips

Save Jack's map (Cavern of Pain) on a teleport rock before anything else. The post suggests this to save a lot of walking.
The official BeyondMS guide's rebirth page lists suggested CWKPQ skills per class (e.g. Corsair: Gaviota + Air Strike).
