The Showa boss is The Boss, the leader of the Showa gang, fought in the Showa hideout in Zipangu. The weekly limit is 10 runs. In the v83 data, the expedition leader needs a Lady Boss's Comb. It's a good source of Sword Earrings.

Go to Showa Town
Travel to Showa Town in Zipangu. Needs in-game check: how players travel to Zipangu/Showa on BeyondMS (World Tour / @goto?)
Into the hideout
Talk to Konpei in Showa Town and choose Take me to the hideout. You arrive at Near the Hideout. Go through the hideout rooms in order: Parking Lot → Finance of Flaming Raccoon → Parlor → Armory.
Get Lady Boss's Comb
The leader needs a Lady Boss's Comb. Female Boss (Lv 130) in the Parlor drops it, at a 60% base rate in the BeyondMS drop table, so just kill her on the way.
Start the expedition
In the Armory, the leader talks to Konpei, creates the Showa Gang expedition, members join, and the leader starts the fight in The Nightmarish Last Days (60-minute timer).
