Scarga is the double boss Scarlion Boss and Targa in Malaysia's Spooky World. The weekly limit is 10 runs. In the v83 data, the expedition leader needs a Spirit of Fantasy Theme Park to start the fight. It's a good source of Sword Earrings (Discord gearing guide).

Level 100+ (v83 default). Needs in-game check: BeyondMS level/rebirth minimum and party size for Scarga

Travel to Malaysia
Go to Malaysia (Trend Zone Metropolis / Kampung Village), then through Fantasy Theme Park to Entrance to the Spooky World. Needs in-game check: how players travel to Malaysia on BeyondMS (World Tour / @goto?)

Get the Spirit of Fantasy Theme Park
The leader needs a Spirit of Fantasy Theme Park. Needs in-game check: where to get the Spirit of Fantasy Theme Park on BeyondMS
Start the expedition
The leader talks to Aldol, creates the Scarga expedition, members join by talking to him, and the leader starts the fight. Everyone is sent to Spooky World (60-minute timer).
Fight
Scarlion and Targa are summoned together. Kill both.
