Maple Administrator told me if I take this attendance sheet to Cody, then I'll be able to receive PB & J Sandwich, Chocolate Milk, Chips, Cookie, and Fruit Roll Up in return. If I continue to gather the items for 14 days, then on the 15th day, I can get a special prize! Apparently I have to come back everyday to claim the prize!
