In-game quest log text

Before starting

I should go see Rice the Medic at the Omega Sector.

In progress

Rice said the research has gone well, but realized it required much more materials than the ones I got for him, so I'll have to give him 400 Mateon Tentacles.

Mateon's Tentacle /400

Completed

Rice the Medic of Omega Sector requested the 400 Mateon Tentacles, and I gathered up all of them. Will this prove to be a turning point on the research? I should go see Rice right about the time when the tentacles run out.
