In-game quest log text
Before starting
This is your third assignment as an informant and this one involves investigating the suddenly-erratic Smirking Ghost Stumps in Perion. With the help of 10 Boogies, you were able to locate the cause of the madness. The case seems to be nearing its end. You should talk to 10 Boogies.
In progress
10 Boogies says that the puppet doesn't necessarily have to be on a monster's body, it's enough just to be near a monster. She says that she will take measures to beef up security so the kid with the puppet can't get close to Perion ever again. This concludes the case, and you are going to send the information to Tru.
Completed
You updated Tru on what happened in Perion, which concluded your third assignment as an informant.
