In-game quest log text
Before starting
You should talk to Puen on your way back to town.
In progress
Puen tells you it's an honor to meet a real hero and pleads with you to say hello to his brother Puir, who's also eager to meet a hero.
Completed
Puir said that a true hero should never be without a weapon and gave you a sword. A hero without a weapon? Were you really a hero to begin with?
